Collaboration & Partnerships

The landscape is changing. Standing still isn't an option.

Funding and commissioned services are changing.

Local government boundaries are being redrawn. Integrated Care Boards are changing how services are planned and commissioned. Government policy continues to focus on integration, prevention, efficiency and value for money.

Funders and commissioners increasingly need services that can work across boundaries, reach more people and demonstrate clear outputs and outcomes.

For the third sector, collaboration has never been more relevant.

It can remove duplication, bring different expertise together and create more complete services without every organisation trying to do everything itself.

Helping People and Organisations Thrive

We don't need the glory.

Mental Health 360 doesn’t need its name at the top of every partnership.

We care about whether it works.

We can lead, subcontract or work alongside other organisations. We can play a large role or a very specific one.

What we want is a genuine part in delivery, responsibility for the things we’re good at and a shared interest in making the service work.

It’s not about whose logo is biggest. It’s about getting the right organisations around the table.

More service from the same budget.

Collaboration should do more than increase capacity.

It creates an opportunity to remove duplicated administration, share infrastructure, use technology better and put more of the available budget into actual delivery.

MH360 can bring practical delivery capability around mental health, counselling, community outreach, engagement, onboarding, education and promotion, supported by technology that can make services easier to access and more efficient to operate.

We want to be part of delivering it, not standing at the side advising somebody else how to do it.

Keep what needs to be local. Scale what doesn't.

Larger commissioning footprints don’t have to mean replacing local organisations with one large provider.

Local charities can bring relationships, knowledge and established services. Other partners can bring specialist expertise, infrastructure, technology or wider geographical reach.

Together, that can create a model capable of working across local authority, ICB or regional boundaries without losing the strengths of local delivery.

Bigger opportunities don’t have to mean bigger organisations.

Found the opportunity but you're missing part of the solution?

Geography. Capacity. Mental-health provision. Counselling. Technology. Community reach. Another specialist service.

Don’t automatically walk away from it.

Send it to us.

If MH360 can add something useful, we’ll explore how we could become part of the delivery. If the opportunity needs other expertise too, we’re equally comfortable bringing other organisations into the conversation.

We don’t need to own the whole solution. Neither do you.

Great idea. Wrong box?

Some excellent ideas come from newer charities, CICs, social enterprises and community organisations.

Then they find the funding.

The idea qualifies. The organisation doesn’t.

Perhaps charity status is required. Perhaps you haven’t been established long enough. Your structure falls outside the eligibility criteria. Or the opportunity requires greater reach, governance or delivery capacity than you can currently demonstrate alone.

Talk to us before you abandon it.

Mental Health 360 is a registered charity with a heritage stretching back to 2003, established governance and the ability to work across a wider footprint.

If the idea fits our charitable purposes and there’s a genuine role for MH360 in delivering it, there may be an opportunity to work together.

Your organisation doesn’t have to become ours. Your idea doesn’t have to become ours.

You bring what you’re good at. We bring what we’re good at.

And together, we may be able to take an idea further than either organisation could alone.

Joint means joint.

We aren’t interested in adding logos to funding applications simply to make them look collaborative.

A partnership should make the service stronger.

Different expertise. Greater reach. Local knowledge. Established communities. Technology. Delivery capacity. Better value.

And every organisation should know what it’s there to deliver.

What could we deliver together?

If you’re looking at a funding opportunity, commissioned service, new geography or an idea you’re struggling to get funded, we’d like to hear about it.

Bring us the opportunity. Let’s see what we could deliver together.
