Today, that includes professional counselling, outreach, practical information and guidance, community projects, peer support and opportunities for people to get out, connect and spend time with others.

We use JustGiving to collect our online donations.
Following our donation links takes you to Mental Health 360’s charity donation checkout on JustGiving, providing independent reassurance that you’re donating to the right organisation.
JustGiving securely processes your donation and can also manage Gift Aid on eligible donations.
If you’re a UK taxpayer and your donation qualifies, Gift Aid can add 25% to its value without you paying anything extra.
We love it when people get involved.
Bring together your friends. Get your colleagues involved. Challenge your employer. Get your club, community or customers behind something.
Fundraising can make a serious difference without having to be serious all the time.
Whether it’s an event, a challenge, something at work or an idea we haven’t thought of yet, we’d love to hear it.
Donate £5. Give a little more. Take on a challenge. Bring your workplace together. Organise something with friends.
It all helps us support more people.
